Organizational Behavior

During my time at Florida State University, I served as instructor of record for three sections of organizational behavior.

Course Overview

Organizational Behavior (OB) applies concepts from psychology and social psychology to address practical problems faced by managers. Topics such as harassment/discrimination, aggression, attitudes, perceptions, communication, motivation, influence, politics, and conflict are covered in a lecture, discussion, and problem-solving framework.
The purpose of this course is to present an overview of the field of OB, demonstrate its importance by linking it to work-related outcomes, and highlight its practical relevance through real-world examples.
